Return Policy 

 We want our customers to be fully satisfied, so we stress taking the time to choose the right piece before placing your order. However, should there be a need to return your purchase, we will accept returns of unused, returnable items for 30 days. After that period, no returns will be accepted. Original tags must not be removed, and jewelry must be in original packaging. All returns must be shipped back to Landstroms or to Black Hills Gold Source LLC (depending on the item purchased) after obtaining an RA# from us! Please email us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#), shipping label and instructions for returning your jewelry. 

To avoid additional freight charges, please do not ship your jewelry back to us without a Return Authorization Number! 

Refunds: only the purchase price will be refunded. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. There are no returns of Mothers Jewelry, Wedding Jewelry, made-to-order items, custom items or discontinued items except under Landstroms Limited Lifetime Warranty below. 

-A return shipping label will be provided for returns of defective or items damaged in transit (return must be within 30 days). Please email [email protected] for a shipping label and return authorization number. Return shipping for items that do not fit or the customer has changed their mind will be the responsibility of the customer (please see below).

-Should the customer need to return an item for any reason other than it being defective, Black Hills Gold Source will provide a prepaid return shipping label, but a shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund to the customer. Please email [email protected] for a shipping label and return authorization number.

Exchanges: At this time we are unable to process exchanges other than for a defective item received. Exchanges for items that do not fit or the customer has changed their mind will have to be processed as a refund (per the guidelines above), and a new order placed by the customer for the desired piece.

Warranty Policy

Landstroms, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ limited lifetime warranty: 

Landstroms Original Black Hills Gold, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ creations warrant their products against defects in materials and workmanship. Modifications performed by any jeweler other than Landstroms Original Black Hills Gold, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ Creations will void the warranty. Modifications include, but are not limited to, the refinishing of leaves, the addition of diamonds and other precious stones, re-sizing of rings, and replacement of clip earrings with posts. Landstroms Original Black Hills Gold, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ do not warrant items added to jewelry; for example, complimentary gold-filled chains, earring backs, bolos, etc. Landstroms Original Black Hills Gold, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ Warranty of watches is limited to Black Hills Gold leaves and trim; watch mechanism covered by individual watch manufacturer’s warranty. 

Visible apparent product abuse shall also void the Landstroms Original Black Hills Gold, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ warranty. Such abuse may be the result of physical destruction or exposure to damaging chemicals. Prolonged normal wear is not covered under the limited warranty. 

Landstroms Original Black Hills Gold, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ reserve the right to determine if the warranty is valid or void due to the abuse or neglect of the product. 

Landstroms Original Black Hills Gold, Mt Rushmore Black Hills Gold and Black Hills Gold by TRJ Factory Repair Service: 

Should the jewelry need repair, please contact us for instructions on where to send the jewelry. Landstroms will then update us, Black Hills Gold Source, on whether the repairs will be covered by their limited lifetime warranty, or if they will charge for the repair. If the repairs are not covered by warranty, the cost of such repairs are fully the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be sent to the customer from BlackHillsGoldSource.com. Return shipping to Landstroms for repair, whether the repair is covered by the lifetime limited warranty or not, will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping of the repaired item back to the customer, whether the repair is covered by the limited lifetime warranty or not, will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be charged by Landstroms and sent to the customer by BlackHillsGoldSource.com.
